Shipping policy
STORE PICKUP - 170 North Queen Street, Unit K, Suite 40 (Inside Salons by JC)
- In-store pickup is available Monday - Saturday, 11am - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Your order will generally be ready within 48 hour if placed during store hours, otherwise upon opening the next business day. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email the studio to make arrangements.
- You can arrange to pick up your order at different time or to be picked up at your upcoming hair appointment by emailing us at info@merakihairstudio.ca or by using the note section at check out.
- Local delivery is offered on minimum order of $25 or more with a flat rate of $7.00 per order. Qualifying orders must be within a 20 km radius from store location.
Shipping policy
Your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at check out.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Some items may become back ordered to which you will be notified by email for further options and instructions.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@merakihairstudio.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
